This is the most common misconception which prevents many people from starting Yoga.
Yoga is not about how flexible you
are, but about strengthening your body, clearing the mind and bringing inspiration to the soul.
Limited flexibility would actually enable you to feel the stretches better and possibly enjoy the practice even more!
We will help you discover new ways of relieving stiffness of the body. The new "freedom" of the increased, pain-free range of movement will empower every area of your daily life.

Choose any "HOT YOGA" class on the schedule (the "HOT FLOW' class might be too much for you on your first-time, but you'll be able to attend it very soon).

Be prepared to sweat. Drink plenty of water and have a light snack two hours before class. Wear light, comfortable clothing and have a bottle of water handy (we have drinking water at the studio). All the equipment needed is provided by us.

Please arrive 15 minutes early. The teacher will make you feel at home from the moment you come through the door. We'll help you find a comfortable spot and answer any questions / address any concerns you may have.
