Our Mission
The mission behind our Yoga Studio is to create a space, where Students can feel safe, comfortable and inspired to explore new ways to strengthen the body, generate health, clear the mind and empower the Spirit.
For Beginners, we strive to create a positive, supportive learning environment - you can enjoy what Yoga has to offer, make new friends, and have some fun in the process.
We inspire the Advanced Yogis to become unlimited in and through their practice. You will discover how to "take your Yoga with you" and empower every area of daily life: family, work, relationships, health.
We help "traditional" Hot Yoga Teachers become creative and unlimited in their teaching. Through the Teacher Coaching Program you can discover new ways of expressing yourself, and contributing to the well-being of others in much more meaningful ways.

To put it simply, the fitness-oriented-series kind of Yoga is a great workout. The excercises in the class require strength and balance, which means as you attempt them you will be working virtually every major (and minor!) muscle group in the body. While there are periods of rest, the poses are done one after another, which makes them an excellent aerobic workout, too. However, our non-confrontational approach allows you to set a level of intensity that suits your style and your goals. |
