Unlimited Membership and Class Card Policy

 

All Class Cards and Unlimited Memberships have an expiration date, are non-transferable and non-refundable. No extensions on expired Class Cards, no extensions on rarely used Unlimited Memberships.

Teachers, classes and time-schedule are subject to change at a short notice.

When the Studio is closed for two (2) days or more, the expiry dates and monthly memberships will be extended accordingly.

Ten (10) class cards expire two (2) months from the date of purchase.

Thirty (30) class cards expire five (5) months from the date of purchase.

Seventy-five (75) class cards expire nine (9) months from the date of purchase.

 

 

Hot Yoga Evolution Aid (HYE Aid) may be used to financially assist Students in their membership purchase, if necessary. Financial difficulty should never be an obstacle to attending our Yoga classes. Students who need financial assistance to study with Tomasz are welcome to submit an application for HYE Aid. Financial assistance, or a payment plan option, will be granted based on several factors, including the necessity of financial support and level of dedication. HYE Aid may not be used as a means of refund once payment has been made. Frequently Asked Question: I've never done Yoga before, or I'm new to doing Yoga in a heated room. Is there a beginner's class? Beginners are always welcome at our Yoga room. Each of our classes typically has students of all levels of experience, including many beginners. Be prepared to work hard, and remember that nobody expects you to be an expert on the first day. Your balance, strength, and flexibility will come with practice. And if you are still a bit intimidated, ask about our Private Yoga session for an introduction.
