Yoga Classes in Phuket Studio

 

Hot Yoga

Hot Yoga ClassThis is our Beginner-friendly class. The Yoga room is kept warm to allow for a deeper release, promote sweating (detox), and to prevent injury. This class follows the Hot Yoga Evolution style, based on the Barkan Method sequence of 30-35 exercises. Your teacher will help you work at your own level of ability. Be prepared to sweat, work out like never before, and feel GREAT at the end! All levels, from Brand-New Beginners to Advanced Students.

Please note: the Hot Yoga classes are 90, 75 and 60 minutes. The 8:30am classes usually incorporate 'alternative sequencing' in the following way: Mondays - Full Sequence, Tuesdays - Upper Body, Wednesdays - Core/Flying, Thursdays - Hot Vinyasa/Backbends, Fridays - Full Sequence, Saturdays - Full Sequence, Sundays - Leg Stretching/Hip Openers.

 

Warm Yoga

This class offers a slower approach to Hatha/Hot Yoga. Modifications are offered for Students to ease them into their Yoga-experience. The room is warm and the atmosphere less challenging, than the Hot Yoga class. The Warm Yoga is for people who might be healing an injury, or need help with the proper alignment.

 

Hot Flow (Warm Vinyasa Yoga)

Hot VinyasaA lightly heated Vinyasa (flowing) practice. You will be working harder than in the Hot Yoga class - the pace is quicker. There is more emphasis on building upper-body strength. A good fitness level, and basic understanding of alignment are necessary to feel successful in this session.

The class follows the Hot Yoga Evolution Flow and is based on the Barkan Method Hot Vinyasa style. The floor exercises focus on backbending. Open to all levels (Beginners might want to start with a few Hot Yoga/Warm Yoga classes first).
