Please note:

Mondays, 10:45 is "Warm Yoga, Anusara-inspired", 75 minutes, all levels.

CLASSES:

Power-Hour HOT YOGA - This is our Beginner-Friendly class. The Yoga room is kept warm to allow for a deeper release and to prevent injury. This class follows the Barkan Method Hot Yoga sequence of 30-35 exercises. Your Teacher will help you work at your own level of ability. Be prepared to sweat, work out like never before, and feel GREAT at the end!
All levels, from Brand-New Beginners to Advanced Students.

THE FLOW HOT FLOW YOGA - A lightly heated "Hot Vinyasa" class. You will be working hard - the pace is quicker than the Hot Yoga class and there is more emphasis on building upper-body strength. A good foundation and understanding of alignment are necessary to feel successful in this class. The class follows the Barkan Method Hot Vinyasa style. Open to all levels, but Beginners might want to start with a Hot Yoga class first.

HOT YOGA ADVANCED - This Yoga class will challenge your body and mind with a variation of lifts, binds, and inversions—truly taking your practice to a new level! This is the Barkan Method Hot Vinyasa / Hot Yoga Level II/III class, from the Bishnu Ghosh lineage.
New Students: Please speak with Tomasz before trying. Not for beginners.
